Idaho LEGO Users Group Code of Conduct

ILUG members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, professional, and courteous manner when interacting with fellow members, event attendees, community partners, and the public. This expectation applies to all ILUG activities, including meetings, events, exhibitions, online forums, and social media platforms where members represent ILUG.

Members should promote a welcoming and positive environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and respect for others.

While participating in ILUG activities or representing the organization, members should not promote or engage in controversial or disruptive subject matter discussion, including but not limited to divisive political, religious, or social messaging that could detract from the family-friendly and inclusive nature of ILUG events.

Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in corrective action determined by the ILUG Board, including:

  • Removal of a display or exhibit from an event
  • Removal of a participant from an event or activity
  • Suspension or permanent removal of membership privileges

Family members and guests attending ILUG events are expected to follow these same guidelines while participating in club activities.

All minors attending ILUG events or activities must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise approved by the Board for specific activities or programs.

The ILUG Board reserves the right to address conduct concerns on a case-by-case basis in the best interest of the club, its members, and the public.
